All Policies Activated and Enforced Upon Acceptance of Reservations

Pet Policy

  • We do not accept pets. However, please note that we have "furchildren" on the premises. This is our Home as well as that of our pets; our two cats Ping & Pong and our dog Elizabeth Taylor.
  • IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR ANY OTHER CONDITION AFFECTED BY THE PRESENCE OF OUR PETS, BE AWARE PRIOR TO RESERVING A SUITE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR DEPARTURES DUE TO PET ALLERGIES AS THIS POLICY, AND OUR PETS, ARE CLEARLY EXPLAINED.
  • Your comfort is priority, as well the freedom of our pets. While we happily welcome you into our Home, your stay with us is temporary while our "furchildren" are permanent members of the family.

Guests at the Inn

  • We do not accept guests under the age of 18
  • To ensure all of our guests enjoy the quiet romance of their getaway, registered guests of the inn may not have guests at the inn. As the two time winner of "Most Romantic Inn In America", we cater to romantic getaways for couples. There are a plethora of restaurants and bars in Eureka Springs we are happy to direct you to if you wish to socialize with a group of traveling friends who are staying elsewhere.

Your Stay

  • You may check in anytime after 3:45pm.
    The Inn is closed for cleaning until 3:45 p.m. There are no arrivals or check-ins prior to 3:35 p.m.
    The Inn does not have a public restroom for use.
    In advance, thank you for your cooperation.
  • Check-out is no later than 11am. No exceptions.
    We have a limited amount of time to clean the suites for the next guests arriving. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Your reservation is not a contract of tenancy ~ you may be asked to leave the Inn and be removed from the property due to a disturbance of any sort or behavior which we deem unsuitable.

Payment

  • Gift Cards MUST Be Mentioned At Time Of Reservation For Payment. If You Fail To Do So We Will Not Refund Reservation Charges After The Reservation Has Been Made / Paid For And You Present A Gift Card As Payment. Doing So Incurs Refund Credit Card Machine Fees Which We Have To Pay For And This Is The Reason For The Policy.
  • We do not split bills ~ that needs to be handled between you and the party you travel with.
  • Reservations are paid in full at time of reservation

Wedding Policies

  • Weddings Are Non-Refundable If Canceled.
  • Weddings Are Paid In Full If The Wedding Date Is In 90 Days Or Less.
  • if Weddings Are Not In 90 Days Or Less, A Non-Refundable Deposit (1/2 of the package amount) Is Required. The Balance Is Paid 30 Days Prior To Arrival.
  • Inclement Weather: If Rain Occurs On Your Wedding Day And Your Wedding And Reception Was On The Lawn, We Will Transition You And Your Party Into The Intimate Fairmount Suite And Onto The First Floor Veranda Where There Are Two Seating Areas And A Porch Swing. If You Have Rented The Entire Inn Then You Will Also Have Access To The Second Floor Verandas Where There Are Two Spacious Seating Areas.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards are accepted Sunday - Thursday
    (excludes holidays, June, October, Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day)
  • Gift Cards may not be used towards Mount Victoria packages
  • Gift Cards MUST Be Mentioned At Time Of Reservation For Payment. If You Fail To Do So We Will Not Refund Reservation Charges After The Reservation Has Been Made / Paid For And You Present A Gift Card As Payment. Doing So Incurs Refund Credit Card Machine Fees Which We Have To Pay For And This Is The Reason For The Policy.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates are available at the rate of $179.00 per evening (plus tax). Gift Certificates are non refundable
  • Gift Certificates are valid Monday-Sunday and all months within the calendar year with the exception of June, October & November. Holidays, special events / festivals, Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day are excluded. Gift Certificate reservations may not be rescheduled after they are made ~ if this occurs, the value of the Gift Certificate will be forfeited and there is no refund or credit. Gift Certificates may not be used for the "Rewards!" package or any reduced rate packages / promotions.
  • Gift Cards MUST Be Mentioned At Time Of Reservation For Payment. Damages

  • You are guests in our Home. We ask that you please respect our Inn and our personal / family belongings in it. Damages incurred to the Inn and /or your Suite during your stay, i.e. furnishings, overflowing of a tub or Jacuzzi, stained bed linens or towels, rugs, etc. will be charged to your credit card on file ~ we determine the charges which are non-negotiable and might vary depending on the actions taken ~ i.e. the need of a plumber, dry cleaning, total replacement of an item, etc.
  • Waterford Crystal Stemware That Is In Each Suite Has A Replacement Cost Of $55.00 Per Stem Due To Chips Or Breakage

Keys

  • You are given one key to your Suite upon arrival. If your key is lost during your stay, or if you take the key with you upon departure and have to mail it back to the inn, there is a $75.00 locksmith fee.

    We do not have a key machine at the inn and it takes quite a bit of time out of our busy schedule to leave the inn and begin the key replacement process. We have a small window of 11:00am - 3:30pm to clean the inn and prepare for new guests arriving. This fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.

No Smoking Policy

  • There is a 100% No Smoking policy inside the Inn. Smoking is permitted on the verandas only. There will be a $500.00 fine / charge if any signs of smoking in your Suite are detected. You will be asked to leave the Inn and no future reservations will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are not given for reservations that are canceled. If your balance has not been charged it will be at time of cancellation and a non-transferable gift certificate (valid for 12 months) will be issued (within 30 days) to use for a later reservation, minus a $99.00 re-booking fee (per Suite).
    The Cancellation Gift Certificate is non-transferable.

    The Gift Certificate reservation may not be rescheduled after it is made ~ if this occurs, the value of the Gift Certificate will be forfeited. Cancellation Gift Certificates may not be used in the months of June, October, November or Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Holidays or any Festivals / Special Events.

    This does not apply to a One Night Stay - there is a separate cancellation policy for this. See below, One Night Stay Policy.
  • If you cancel a reservation at the Inn a second time there is no refund of any portion of your deposit upon your second cancellation and any balance due will be charged to the credit card on file. No future reservation requests will be accepted.
  • If the inn must cancel your reservation due to any type of Jacuzzi, electrical or any other internal problem within the inn that deems a suite unable to be occupied, you will be issued a non transferable Mount Victoria Cancellation Gift Certificate. This Gift Certificate is valid for 12 months with no date restrictions.
  • If you reserve the wrong dates, this is treated as a cancellation. You will receive the value of your stay via a non-transferable Mount Victoria Cancellation Gift Certificate (minus the 99$) cancellation fee) that is valid for 12 months. This excludes, June, October, November, holidays,special events and festivals.

One Night Stay

  • We are one of the very few inns who accept a one night stay. Your one night stay is paid in full at the time your reservation is made. The reservation may not be rescheduled after it is made and is 100% non-refundable if canceled and is non-transferable ~ no exceptions. If you have ordered any type of dinner at the inn, spa treatments, or any type of additions to your lodging reservation... these are also not refundable

Rescheduling of a Reservation

  • If you reschedule your reservation there is a $99.00 re-booking fee. Re-scheduled reservations are final. They may not be re-scheduled again. They are not refundable.

No-Show

  • If you do not arrive for your reservation, i.e. no-show, any balance due that you have for your reservation will be charged ...plus...a $150.00 fee. No future reservations will be accepted.

Early Departure

  • There is no refund for an early departure of any sort regardless of the situation ~ no exceptions. If you have ordered any type of dinner at the inn, spa treatments, a carriage ride; ...any type of additions to your reservation... these are also not refundable.

No Breakfast

  • If you choose not to eat breakfast, or have an early departure without breakfast, there is no refund / credit issued for not eating breakfast.

Inclement Weather

  • If you must cancel or re-schedule your reservation due to inclement weather (impassable snow, ice or flooding), your balance will be charged and you will be issued a Mount Victoria non-transferable Gift Certificate in the full amount of your reservation. Any service that is canceled due to inclement weather will result in the value of that service issued to you in a non-transferable Mount Victoria Gift Certificate. For example, if your reservation had a value of $350.00, you receive a non-transferable Gift Certificate for $350.00.
  • Your non-transferable Mount Victoria Gift Certificate is valid for twelve (12) months and excludes June, October, holidays, festivals, and special events.
  • Your non-transferable Mount Victoria Gift Certificate may not be used towards any discounted rate packages or special / seasonal promotional packages.
  • Mount Victoria 100% reserves the right to cancel reservations due to weather conditions / inclement weather and issue an inclement weather Mount Victoria non-transferable Gift Certificate.

Innvade Mount Victoria ~ 8 Guest Capacity

  • Rental of the entire Inn requires a 50% deposit which is non-refundable

Packages

  • Packages require a 50% deposit upon reservation ~ the deposit is non-refundable
  • Packages that receive the 10% military discount are paid in full at time of reservation
  • Custom packages are paid in full at time of reservation
  • 45 Days Or Less Prior To Arrival - Payment in full is required at the time your reservation is made
  • If you must cancel a package a non-transferable Mount Victoria gift certificate for the balance due will be issued minus a $149.00 cancellation charge. The non transferable gift certificate is valid for 12 months ~ it excludes June, October, holidays, festivals and special events. Your non-transferable gift certificate reservation cannot be rescheduled once it is made - if this occurs the non-transferable gift certificate will be considered void and no further gift certificates will be issued.

Guest Belongings

  • We do not have a room at the inn to store items guests leave behind. Please carefully check your suite upon departure as we are 100% not responsible for items left behind.
