Due to the enormous popularity of Chris' generous gourmet breakfasts (guests "rave!"), requests began for "Dinner at the Inn!"
Your private three-course romantic candlelit dinner is enjoyed in our elegant dining room, which is decorated with paintings, antiques, and personal collectables from around the world.
Chris prides himself on the variety and freshness of his dinner offerings and welcomes custom menu requests.

~ Dinner At The Inn ~
A basket of Chris' fresh, soft home-baked bread with his melt-in-your-mouth roasted garlic & herb butter is served accompanied by fresh, crisp mixed greens salads topped with Lisa's tasty vinaigrette ~ her recipe is a secret!
Your flavorsome entree is served with a generous portion of fresh seasonal vegetables and your choice of Chris' amazing herb rice, lemon fettuccini or made-to-order baked potato.
The affair ends with a dreamy, decadent dessert. ~ perhaps dark chocolate or white chocolate mousse paired with fresh raspberries, fresh fruit tarts drizzled with lemon-berry syrup, or sinful cheesecake with caramel sauce.
Filet Mignon
Chris' butcher cuts your 3-inch filet, seasons it, pan sears it and cooks it to perfection on his grill, "The Big Green Egg", per your custom order. This thick, mouth-watering filet is a guest favorite!
Pork Tenderloin
Marinated with fresh herbs and charbroiled to medium for maximum juiciness & flavor.
Frenched Rack of Lamb
Seasoned with rosemary and roasted to order ~ seven individual lamb chops served.
Beef Filets with Stilton-Portabello Sauce
Tenderloin rubbed with tarragon and pepper ~ drizzled with a decadent Stilton sauce.
Rib Eye Steak
A 2-inch thick Angus beef steak is cut for Chris which he sears and prepares per your request on "The Big Green Egg."
