Cheeseburgers at 5:00p.m. on the charming verandas overlooking the Historic Loop or in the Dining Room which is decorated with Chris & Lisa's "favorite things."
We believe that the little details make a difference, so we use only fresh 100% ground choice chuck beef (never frozen). We combine the freshest high quality ingredients in all of Chris' 1lb. Cheeseburgers, including our homemade sauces, seasonings and salad dressings. You'll experience the attention to detail and the concentration on quality in all of Chris' 1lb. Cheeseburgers.
Chris' 1lb. Cheeseburgers are made-to-order (using only 100% fresh ground chuck) burgers with served on a sesame seed bun. All juicy burgers are grilled to medium perfection on Chris' "The Big Green Egg" and served with your choice of... Steak Fries (paired with a side of Lisa's Ranch Dressing) , Fresh Mixed Greens Salad (greens, tomato & cucumber dressed with Lisa's oil-free vinaigrette or Ranch dressing) or Cape Cod Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips (Chris' favorite chip!)
