Your Barbecue experience begins with the lighting of a match. Chef Chris' Big Green Egg ceramic grill slowly smokes the meat over a bed of Hickory wood. Chef Chris continuously bastes with a flavor-filled vinaigrette of fresh seasonings to ensure cooked perfection.

All Barbecue Sandwiches are served on Chef Chris' B-I-G home-made buns and are dressed with Mount Victoria's Barbecue Sauce ~ with extra sauce on the side of course!
