Your Barbecue experience begins with the lighting of a match. Chris' Big Green Egg ceramic grill slowly smokes your succulent ribs over a bed of Hickory wood. Chef Chris continuously bastes the ribs with a flavor-filled vinaigrette of fresh seasonings and ensures they are cooked to perfection.
All Barbecue Sandwiches are served on Chef Chris' B-I-G home-made buns and all Barbecue Ribs and Barbecue Sandwiches are dressed with Mount Victoria's Barbecue Sauce ~ with extra sauce on the side of course!
