Mount Victoria holds a premiere location on the prestigious Historic Loop.  The Inn boasts two welcoming Verandas which play host to the colors of the morning, sunsets,  the sights and sounds of the evening, and relaxation under the stars.

Mount Victoria's graceful lawn and beautiful flower beds received the  Eureka Garden Club "2003 Garden of the Season" award.

The butterflies, lightning bugs, St. Elizabeth's church bells ringing in the distance, and possible sightings of Rudy the town Roadrunner are all complimentary.

Eureka Springs' unique Trolley System provides a stop conveniently located across the street from the Inn  to deliver you to Eureka Springs' endless array of unique shops and restaurants without the challenges of locating available downtown parking.  If you prefer to enjoy a leisurely stroll to take in the tree-lined streets, magnificent Ozark Mountains and restored Victorian homes, the Historic Downtown is only 3 blocks away.

Rescheduling of a Reservation

  • If you reschedule your reservation with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged a $29 rescheduling fee December - March & a $59 rescheduling fee April - November

Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to 13 days of arrival, a refund / credit will be given minus a $49 fee
  • Refunds are not given for reservations canceled 13 days or less prior to your arrival. A non-transferable gift certificate (valid for 6 months) will be issued to use for a later reservation, minus a $49 fee (per Suite) charge. The gift certificate reservation may not be rescheduled after it is made ~ if this occurs, the value of the gift certificate will be forfeited

Guest Belongings Left Behind

  • If personal belongings are left behind after a guest's visit ~ we hold them for 7 days ~ after 7 days we are not responsible.  The belongings will be discarded

Inclement Weather

  • If you must cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, your balance will be charged and you will be issued a Mount Victoria non-transferable gift certificate in the full amount of your reservation. Your gift certificate is valid for six (6) months.

  • Rental of the entire Inn requires a 50% deposit which is non-refundable

One Night Stay

  • Your one night stay is paid in full at the time your reservation is made. Mount Victoria's Cancellation Policy is applicable to the one night stay as well.  A one night stay is 100% NON REFUNDABLE if canceled.

Packages

  • Packages require a 50% deposit upon reservation ~ the deposit is non-refundable
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival
  • 13 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - If your reservation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, payment in full is required at the time your reservation is made
  • Cancellation of a Package with 30 days or more notice - You will receive a gift certificate for the balance of the package minus a $75.00 re-booking fee
  • Cancellation of a Package with 29 days or less notice ~ You will be charged the full balance of the package - the balance is non-refundable

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates are available at the rate of $179 per evening (plus tax) ~ this rate covers Monday - Sunday and all months within the calendar year with the exception of October. Gift Certificates are non-refundable

Receptions & Wedding Packages

  • Receptions & Weddings require a 50% deposit upon reservation ~ the deposit is non-refundable ~ No Exceptions
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event
  • Cancellation of a Reception or Wedding must be prior to 90 days ~ otherwise the remaining balance is charged ~ there is no refund of what has already been paid.  If the Reception or Wedding is paid in full upon reservation and it is canceled prior to 90 days 1/3 of what has been paid will be refunded.  If a pre-paid Reception or Wedding is not canceled prior to 90 days there will be no refund

Damages

  • Damages incurred to the Inn and /or your Suite during your stay, i.e. furnishings, overflowing of a tub or Jacuzzi, bedding, linens, towels, rugs, etc.  will be charged to your credit card on file  ~ we determine the charges which are non-negotiable and might vary depending on the actions taken ~ i.e. dry cleaning, the need of a plumber, total replacement of an item, etc.

Arrival & Departure Times

  • Arrival time is 2:00pm
  • Departure time is 11:00am
